Can you guarantee my deposit?
We can't control what an agent decides, but we can stand behind our own work. If something within the agreed scope is flagged, tell us and we'll return and put it right at no charge. We'll also work from your inventory or the agent's checklist where you have one.
Do you clean carpets?
Carpets are vacuumed as part of the clean. Hot-water extraction is a separate, more thorough job — ask for it in the form and we'll price it in the same quote rather than surprising you later.
What if the property is furnished?
That's normal and we handle it. We clean inside and around furniture, and we'll move what's we need to. Tell us if any items shouldn't be touched.
How quickly can you turn it around?
Move-out dates are fixed, so we treat them as fixed. Send us the form as soon as you know your date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do letting agents use you?
We work with agents and landlords on repeat jobs. If your agent wants to send work our way, they can contact us directly and we'll sort the details.
